On 17 July I noticed that a further £79.99 had been debited to my account, so I rang the tel. No. And spoke to someone who agreed to refund £39,99 which indeed appeared back in my account on 23 July. I spoke to Trading Standards who put me in touch with Consumer direct and they are looking into the matter for me
