Ordered trial pack of O24 pain relief to be delivered to Castleford, Yorkshire to see if the product did what it claimed. My account debited same day with 9.99 pounds sterling, or 12.70 euro plus 0.38 euro bank charges. Received items 10 Aug on return to UK and started using same day. After 7 days no change in my condition and no relief from pain in knee. Continued using but a waist of time, except smell did clear my nose. On to Spain begining of September found that my account had been debited with a further 105.21 euro with no explanation.
Contacted customer care at allnaturalpainmanagement.com, saying it was a 14 day trial costing 19.99 pounds sterling increase of 10.00 pounds on advertised price. Also quoting terms and conditions and not ticking box saying I did not want the extras after 14 days, who pays that kind of money on a untried product.
Didnt receive extras and emailed them again, after further email was told by Customer Care Champion, Heather McAllister couldnt give refund but I have to phone 0800 5335 368 to cancel, which I will do tomorrow.
