Just been scammed by this company. My story echoes those here. I had noticed a £79.99 taken from my account after an innocent initial purchase of this product. Thanks to Condor, I phoned 08005335368 which patched me through to America!
Apparently it was my fault that I had agreed to the terms and conditions with a tick box (which I do not remember doing as I would have wondered why there are T&C's for buying a product like this!). Also, according to these T&C's, if you cancel after the allotted 14days cooling off period, you can only receive back 50% of that £79.99!! So this spray and wipes for pain relief has cost me £60!!!
They are apparently refunding £40, no more of this stuff is being sent to me and have cancelled the £79.99 per month being taken from my account. Well, we will see! These companies should be monitored more closely. I did tell the operator who answered my call that they had not made their T&C's absolutely clear on their advert in broad print, it was underhandedly done, otherwise i would not have purchased this in the first place - and I wish I hadn't!!!
