The local thomson name is Allan's PC repairs. Their invoice states Click computers.
If you want your computer repaired do not ring this company all they are interested in is selling you a brand new computer. Never allow them to take your computer for repairs because you will never see it again. Engineer Micheal mobile: 07563211658 which may not be his real name will tell you that they only accept cash. Another staff member is called Chris Schreier maybe another false name. They state that they open 24/7 but they never arrive on time. Ladies beware they like to visit atfer 9pm. They never ring you to let you know that your computer is ready. You have to do all the chasing. All stafff are Asian with a Birmingham accent. They speak very little English. They do not have a full business address. Canterbury Street, Gillingham ME7 1AX no house number. The engineer travels from London but Gillingham is in the phone book. According to their website they have branches all over the UK. When you put your foot down and beg for the return of your computer they double the price and demand credit card payment over the phone. If you refuse to pay the new quote and only want to pay the original quote you will not have your computer back. They are a bunch of liers. Unreliable and money orientated. They are very rude. Do not know how to answer th telephone and there are no managers or Directors. They are very unprofessional. I do not recommend them at all. Go to a well know High Street store. It will be cheaper for you in the long run. Never gice Click computers your pc, you may never see it again unless you hand over thousands of pounds. Even that will not pursuade them. Never give them your credit/debit card over the phone. Be warned!!!
