They will not disclose their business address but they have a Midlands accent/Wolverhampton. Do not use them they will steal your computer and hold it ranson to get large sums of cash from you. The engineer will tell you that the company only takes cash. Later on when you want to pay for the service they will only take a crdit/debit card payment over the phone. You cannot go to them they will obly come to you. Even if you do pay over the phone you may not get your computer back. The advert states 24/7 not true. It sounds asif there are illegal immigrants answer the phone at weekends. Get a translator because there will be a communcation problem. The engineer may visit after his day job and when he does he wants to come after 10.30pm. He is not travelling from Gillingham, Kent he may tell you he is coming from London. You will be better off going to a well know high Street shop to get your PC repaired it is a quicker and safe. Totally opposite to this company. Be warned!!!
