On June 7, we requested the services of Consumer Home Services Daeus Financial to do a Mortgage Audit. We put a down payment of $299.00 and were told we could get this back if we pulled out within a week. On June 11, we contacted the company by e-mail and phone and told them we wanted out and wanted our refund. We received an e-mail from customer care ([email protected]) on June 19 stating we would receive our refund in 10-15 business days. When we did not receive it we tried to call, but could not get through. Finally I e-mailed [email protected] on July 12 and they said we would be getting a check in the mail within a week. We have not received anything and I e-mailed them again on July 19 and they did not respond. I think I will not get my refund back and would like to see if you can help.
