Well where do I start? Okay, didnt read the fine print 2 years ago and have cancelled service last month. I got the return boxes last week and sent the boxes off today because $495.37 was taken out of my account last night. I understand they think they can do that but I'd like to know why they believe this is okay? No warnimg as to when it will be taken out until you your card is declined at the grocery store because direct tv helped themselves. Most families are making ends meat on a weekly basis. If $500 just happens to be in thier account its to put food in the table, or pay for gas to get to work or pay an utility bill, ect. This is unacceptable! It's very cold as well. Why would anyone want service knowingly that the company is treating customers like this. Also, its America. English speaking representatives would be great. I hate that I was too mad to care what his name was although I wouldn't understand it anyway, hung up on me. He didn't care at all what I was telling him. Screw you Direct TV. I hope nothing but the worst for this company. Its very shady.
