On April 30 I received a phone call from

He told me about the service he provides which is basically getting financing for your business. With just starting a website I decided I could use more financing to build my business. He told me the cost to me was $3,000.00. He billed my credit card that day for 3,000.00.
He emailed a worksheet for me to fill out so that I would take all the steps to show investors or financers that I was credit worthy.
I started doing all the things needed to put a file together so Nick could contact creditors and get me the funds I needed. I recieved a few calls in the month of May, and beginning June from Nick. As I finished each step on this worksheet I would email Nick the progress I was making.
After that, I did not receive any calls from Nick or this Company. I have emailed and called several times only to get a voice message. I left a message directly to his line. Never recieved a call back. Also, there were no answers to emails.
I appreciate anything you can do or information on what I need to do.
