I signed up with Sneakpeeq back in Feb. Made a purchase for $8.00 and never received it. Then a about a month later I got an e-mail that they had canceled my order due to over demand and were crediting me the $10.00 new sign up badge and a free shipping badge and not charging me any monies. All should be good right~Wrong!!! In June they charged my account for the full $18.00.
After calling and e-mailing them and explaining the situation they tell me they are soooo sorry that it was their error and will refund my credit card. I have an e-mail stating that they had actually processed the refund and I should see it in a few days. So once again all good... Oh no!!! I never received the refund so I e-mailed numerous times before someone finally responded saying that they can't refund due to their new payment system but that if I had a Paypal account and provided them the e-mail address that they would take care of it.
So I gave them the e-mail address and still no refund. I even sent them an invoice through Paypal to see if the would trigger anything—but Nothing. I have all of the e-mails from them stating they owe me the refund. I wanted it in writing just in case. Buyer Beware this company is worthless the communication is terrible and they steal your money. I am doing what I can to pursue this situation and will not let it drop. Again this company is a Fraud!!!
