Charged me $299 to do an audit of my mortgage. I was assured that if no problem was found, I would receive $299 in rebate.in a letter of March 16 it stated...
"After the completion of your audit you will either know how big of a refund
you are due from your lender OR you will be able to receive a rebate from
us for the $299." In a June letter it stated... The amount will be for $299 which is what you paid for the audit. We will inform you via email when we are sending out your rebate check.
Thank you and we sincerely apologize for the delay. We ask for your patience as we strive to meet our growing demands."
The company now says that it no longer in business.
