ZeroWhite seem to make it their business to avoid speaking personally to their customers.
They have a truly awful online booking service - and very limited if no appointments in any branches in London.
If you call their 0845 number they do not answer - on each occasion I waited for over 15minutes before giving up.
I tried to make appointments using their 'contact page' - this didnt help either.in summary they have my money - I have no service or treatment conducted.
I have tried to complain via the LivingSocial site but find there is no 'contact us' or complaints department listed, so I have no support from any angle to get this resolved. I will NOT be recommending Zero White to any of my clients, friends or family as my experience has been truly hideous.
