I am CC verified. Requested a withdrawal to CC of 999.00, this went thru fine in 4 days. Requested two more withdrawals of 999.00 ea to my CC. On 29th of June and 2nd of July. These requests sat pending until the 8th of July (I figured the holidays slowed it down). ON the 9th of July the transactions show DONE. Ive called the CC and they have no record, nor are they blocking the transaction. Solid trust has not answered my ticket and I included all pertinent info. Even adding comments for more info. Ticket number is 273190
The total shows what I am due after fees... I hope STP admin sees this and addresses it. I understand You are busy which is why I have not called yet. I was hoping this could be fixed without a call. But I would like this resolved... Thank you
