Definitley scammers... I wonder if they will even reply to this message ive asked my question about my money to "off-line support" and its been ignored for days n days n days till days turned into months
i made a withdrawl on july 15 on july 22 and july 25 via ach bank transfer i needed that on the first to pay my rent but its august 14th and i still havent recieved anything, i started out with alot of trust in solid trust, but if they dont get me my money soon im done with em and im against them forever. The phone number is gone my support tickets get ignored and deleted, the online help dissapeared, it looks like its only so long before the whole company just ceases to exist or all the users will switch to global ewallet and really get their money. Solid trust claims to make ach tansfers 5 days and its been a fucking month. Wow. My global ewallet sent me my money that i withdrew on the same day july 15th in 3 business days. Now thats service. Solid trust workers im talkin to you, email me call me or reply to this message if u have any possible way of defending your dog ass company and getting me my money
