Solid Trust is an impossible company to get in touch with. They do not follow through on complaints to get them resolved. My friend and I each signed up for an account. First, my friend could not even get back into his account for a couple of days. Finally, somehow, that got resolved. Who knows if it was accidental or if Solid Trust actually did something. Then, both of our cards have been pending for about 1 1/2 weeks. Unbelievable, since through Solid Trust is how we are supposed to make money. Everyday this does not get resolved, we lose money.
I do not need to put our user names here. The number for Solid Trust is a joke - it just rings and rings or is busy. I will not hang on 3 hrs. To get someone on the phone. The key is SOLID TRUST - HOW DOES ONE EVER GET IN TOUCH WITH YOU IN ANY PROFESSIONAL WAY AT ALL? How do you specifically update the customer so they know you are actually working on anything? #
I am cancelling my account, along with some others who were going to sign up.
