We generally take our two cars to NTB in Montgomeryville, pa for new tires. I do have to say they have good deals on tires, but make sure you read the fine print. It doesn't include all tires. We recently got tires for our 09 Honda Fit. It came with free rotations for the life of the tires. We brought it back 6 months later for a rotation, 6 hours later we finally got the car back after they told us that the brakes are bad and need to be replace. I refused to pay them since we use another garage for anything but tires. 2 months later we got a screw in the tire. They patched the tire for $20.00 but in the mean time they cross-threaded two lugs. After This experience we decided to try the Willow grove, pa NTB. This was worst then the first one. We took it there for a simple tire rotation, they ended up breaking 2 studs and 2 lug nuts. After not being able to drive the car home, my wife had to come pick me up and drive me to work the next day. They took blame and fixed the two studs and but after-market lugs on it until we could get an appointment at the honda dealership to get new lugs. Today was the appointment at Honda. When Honda went to replace the lug nuts, they found out that when NTB replaced the studs they ruined the Hub and bearings. Honda was trying to charge me $400.00 to get this replaced. When i called NTB about the issues they finally ended up paying the bill, but couldn't take blame for it. But again the car has to be in the shop of more then expected and i need to pay out of pocket for a rental car. They blamed the other shop for breaking the parts. NTB needs to own up to their mistakes, because I'm owning up to mine and ever taking my cars back to NTB. I should of listened to my friends and never go there to begin with.
