I resently had my tires rotated and balanced on our family van. We took a trip to Georgetown, Kentucky for the weekend. On the way back we had tire trouble and attempted to change the tire. At this time I discovered the lugs on three of the studs had been cross-threaded. Called my emergency road sevice andhe attempted to remove the lug nuts, and three of them broke off. Now I only have two goog studs and about 200 miles to get home. It was late and there were no repair shops open. ThereforeI had to spend the night in a hotel, and miss a days pay. The only thing that I can get according to the store manager is the reimbursement for the lugs. Is that fair, being that t was NTB 's fault. The lugs I mean.
