Dear Sears,
I am having some real concerns about Sears repair services. I had 3 tech came to my house and all of them have different versions. My unit is having issue since last 12 days and getting NO HELP!!!
Now, I have been told that we can not repair it, suggested me to cancel the protection. The warranty dept said you can get it cancelled but there is no refund..
My questions is why I have to cancel? Why there is not a fix. Why I am getting three different statement every time. To whom should I believe..
The main issue is no one is taking responsibility. Every dept is acting like a separate silo. My call was transferred to customer services to warranty then warranty to customer again and again..
