I saw a groupon offer and ordered a large heart shaped mosaic canvas from yfcanvas. It was for my wife's birthday gift so I paid for express delivery to make sure it arrived in time. After many many calls it finally arrived a week late, although they did refund my delivery charge. But to my annoyance when I opened the box I found that I had someone else's canvas!!! It wasn't even the correct style of canvas so am confused how this cockup could have occurred. I now have to ring them and try and get them to send out mine asap, whilst also trying to explain to my wife why her gift still has not arrived! G
