The company seemed to have billed my atm card $243 dollars plus the 25 dollar payment i submitted to my my advance connect acct

I noticed my online bank statement had a 243 dollar transaction posted to my account immediately after I did a debit card transaction for the minimum 25 dollars (Actually I spent 27 dollars) and only $21 dollars was added to my balance. The bank statement showed a pending transaction for the 27 dollars and a pending transaction for 243 dollars. Could have been me, but I would know what I would have spent 243 dollars on... Heres where it gets weird. I CALL THE SUPPOSEDLY 24/7 customer service and asked if they noticed a 243 dollar transaction the agent said NO. So I look at my online bank statement 1 more time to figure out if it was me forgetting about a bill. Or credit card payment. I checked all my bills and credit card payments and they did not post at all to that day. Just the securus transaction... Weird. So i call again... All of a sudden the phone hanged up on me. Called a third time and the phone did the same thing... I would be very CAREFUL with this company. Maybe it could be me because I did call at late night hours. But Im going to dispute the 243 dollar transaction. But if you CAN HELP IT... Dont use securus... Theres something FISHY. About this company
