This phone incident was unsolicited by us, as we were connecting with American Express for some information. The next thing a voice comes on said we "won" a "free" 2 day cruise to the Bahamas. Then, we get hit with these "fantatic options" and the "privilege" of a "sales talk" to buy ownership some kind vacation spa. I tell the Sales agent, Craig Mariskanish, (if that's his real name) that I'm not interested in the options, just give me the free cruise. That's when his supervisor jumps in and I tell him that I am not interested in talking to him. He gets upset and claims I am personally attacking him (quite perceptive on his part). End of phone call.
The sales agent respresented himself as part of a concern that was chosen by American Express for special offers. They have some personal information of mine, but have an ID
protection plan. Nevertheless, I would be happy to join any concerted legal effort to put these people out of business.
