I recently purchased the Imperial Majesty Cruise Line Vacation for $798 and paid the $198 port fee. I was NEVER told that when I reserved my cruise dates that Imperial Majesty Cruise Vacation was a NON-REFUNDABLE package. I took part in this vacation promotion through sales representatives on the telephone. At the point of purchase, which was over the phone, I had received nothing in the mail with regards to Imperial Majesty Cruise Line Vacation yet. I am no longer interested in taking part in this "free cruise" promotion and would greatly appreciate being fully refunded for the cruise and port charge.
How do I go about doing this, these people keep giving me the run around and will never give me a straight answer. They tried knocking $300 off of my cruise price but I want my money back, this cruise has been more of a hassle to plan than I ever imagined. I asked them to let me listen to the voice recording of me and the sale representative on the phone indicating that this was a NON-REFUNDABLE cruise and they said that was not possible. B/S!!!
I am so mad! I will take Imperial Majesty Cruise Line to small claims court if I have to. HELP ASAP, any suggestions please.
