Today 3/23 i got a fee boarding pass in the mail issued by the Caribbean Cruise Line. It says it on the voucher that cruise is free and I just need to call them and claim the ticket. I was very skeptical about this and just for curiosity i decided to call them and see what kind of deals do they have.

After listening all of this information about the package i said that I'm not interested because it is too expensive for "free package" but some how they kept me on the line. I talked to several sales people, they were forwarding me back and forth giving me all kind of deals. Then they asked me for my credit card information so this way they can see what kind of payments options they can give me that would work for me.

Before i gave them my credit card number i said several times that i don't authorize this transaction and i just want to see payment options. Right after i gave all of the information they forwarded me to a next person again but instead of talking to me about the payments options he was asking me to choose the date for the vacations that i already paid. I realized that it was fraud and politely asked them to cancel the transaction because i never agreed to pay. My biggest mistake was i gave them my card number when i should've just hung up on them.

At the end they didn't want talk to me saying that I am being rough when i wasn't even yelling i was just asking them to cancel the transaction. I called my bank representative right away to see if i can cancel the transaction before money will go through but money were already gone 818$.
