Half was provided upon initiation with balance paid upon fulfillment.installed wordpress template and did not finish project for 30 days whilst on 2 week vacation that left us hanging. We customized the ecommerce site and products to our specs along with logo's font's colors and many hours of learning curve.
Upon return from vacation designer touched based to complete links for paypal and cart completion. 27 days after start point. Due to our unhappiness which was expressed to designer over length of time, and unfulfilled completion, remaining balance was unearned! Designer claimed to put 25 hrs into wordpress template installation while we did most of the page layout and product installation. Loser Designer chose to threaten to remove site and proceeded to delete php files from wordpress with all our work also damaging our sale. A mailing to 2,500 clients was done 24 hours prior of which their is no site to view now.
