We paid for a Wordpress template form www.templatetuning.com and it never was installed correctly none of the links work and when you to web address it was not going to the home page it takes you to a news link and we was not able to upload a logo or type in the name of my company.
We tried calling template tuning 7 times about the problem and was not able to get thru on the phone number they have on their website Call Center: 1 (646) 867 2662 this is a bogus number.
Next where do we start I had to login to a chat support to talk to the project manager Tiffany Lloyd about the problem we was having
Well after typing on their chat support one day for 3Hr. As they keep sending me to someone else here are the names Tiffany Lloyd, John Rei, Cole Sanders etc. And this went on for 2 days. So in the mean time wile i was trying to get my point across to the project manager Tiffany Lloyd on chat support.
