R. Bhavesh website template did not function as advertised, support is a joke, terms of use about no refunds was buried - not provided up front, demo was deceptive internet

I purchased a WordPress template (the Hotel Booking Theme) from Templatic based on a false demo. The template did not function as advertised. I tried for two days to make this template function, and it would not work. I followed the user guide/manual to the letter and it did not function as it was supposed to based on the guides.

I have created two other sites in WordPress using templates and plug-ins and was able to create each site within a day, so I'm know what I'm doing. I have deleted all of the files from both my website and my computer. The are refusing to refund my money. Not only am I out $65, I am needing to report a loss of the two days of work I put into this project. And the site will not be delivered to the customer in the projected time.

I am not the only person who has been misled or ripped-off by this company. While they weren't quick to offer support, they were very quick to tell me that I don't have a right to a refund.
