That company is full of it. They dont take responsibity for there crappy service they have can't make any phone calls, internet connection is really slow, phone goes out by it self, phone gets hot, doesn't keep a signal and then when you finally get a chance to make a phone call either the other person can't hear you or the other way around. What is the use of having a phone that you can't get the main use out of it. So i deceide to call the customer service number to try to see if they would help me with these problems, they just give me a complete run around. After weeks of waiting to see if they was going to fix the problem, went to the boost mobile store they also give me the run around telling me that i would have to connect customer. Now i was get really pissed and just wanted a refund. So i called c. S spoke to one of there agents she to me that i dont deserve any type of refund and plus you are just a prepaid customer. The worst customer service experience that i had ever had in my life. That place should be sued for being a con artist and who ever is ceo of the company should be look at through the eyes of the law...
