I started the procedure to have my computer question answered. After I entered my credit card data there were more pages to go through. I had a bad feeling about this and decided to end the request. I did not get a confirmation number nor did I get and answer but I didn't expect to since I hadn't asked one. My credit card has been billed $1 and $37 for this company's 'service'. I am protesting with my credit card company.
