I had went to this website justanswer.com for a question for a lawyer, my payment for the answer was 15.00 plus 1.50 deposit making a total of 16.50 and I printed out my receipt and it was paid with my credit card, on line. Today I received my credit card statement and 2-15.00 payments which totals 30.00 was taken off my credit card, not 15.00 like my receipt says, they ripped me off for 15.00. I'm very disapointed with there dishonesty coming from attorney PaulMJD (Online) who answered my question. I want my other 15.00 dollars back. I tried asking them about this and they wanted me to pay for a complaint question. Talk about rip offs. Everyone should know how they rip off people. Being attorneys they shouldn't be so untruthful.
