I was looking for an answer to tenant's rights and it went to Just Answer. They said to put a deposit of $49 and if you did not like their answer they would refund it. I put in my information and they took the $49 out of my account, but I have received no information from them at all. When I put my card info in, it hinted that I would receive the answer via e=mail and asked for my email address... There has been nothing posted. I want my money back!
