I had trouble with my computer on 16.2 2012, and I asked a question about why my computer was running slow. They said that if I put in my credit card details and email address, my question would be answered in 15 minutes and it would cost $46.60. They tried to answer but could not give an answer, so I tried again, but it did not work, so I gave up.
I thought that was the end, but they kept taking money out of my credit card account: another $46.60, then $50.64 on 17.3.012 and $56.00 on 17.4.012. I have contacted my bank to put in a complaint with them and to change my credit card details. I would like something from someone else saying they are a scam to show the people at the bank.
