Ok, My ride on Mower was to be fixed because the belt came off the bottom it is the part that turns the blades on the mower. I understood that I was covered by not only manufactures warranty but I bought the extended warranty well after a week of waiting to get this fix and being told lies. I had called lowes in the first place to have the sevice set up. They got an independent contractor who is a liar to fix this. I was told that they would just have to stick the belt on. I was also told that if they had to replace the belt it would be under $25. I have a witness who hear me talking to them on the phone. When calling to get the mower back I was told it was going to be $127 then when I said wooo wooo what about the warrenties it was kicked down to 99.43... I was told be several supervisers who I have the names of I should never had to pay for this in the first place and I was told I would get my Money back. Well after talking to them today they changed the story and tried to place it back on me. They have 8 pages or more of the full and whole story. This whole thing is crooked and wrong and I want my Money back. They have detailed messages typed into the computer from me calling about this and like I said up until today 6/11 everyone said "You will get your money back" "You should not have had to pay this" and now the story is changing that it is a missunderstanding... WRONG get me my money back today!
