We bought a piece from RTG on May 28th. On June 5th we called to set up delivery time, we never got a call from RTG as promised during the sale. RTG shows up at the wrong time, I work out of town, wife left for family emergency and RTG shows up at wrong time. Making a long and very frustrating story short, my piece is setting in the local showroom, 2.4 miles from my house and nobody company wide will find a way to get it to me even though I paid the delivery charge. I even told the local manager it really seemed wrong to pay a delivery charge and be told if I want the piece I will need to come pick it up, he agreed but stated it was company policy. Everywhere I called, the delivery people, customer service people local managers I was quoted company policy! I told the local manager, if he couldn't deliver I wanted my money back and with about 8 employees sitting around playing grabass he said OK. They were perfectly fine with losing a sale with all these people sitting around doing nothing! There are plenty of stores around here, they will get my business this weekend. Never again will I step in that store!!!
