Item was to be delivered on May 27th. I paid $12.00 delivery charge, business attempted to deliver at 11:00 did not call me until 4:00 (2 hours before store closed) to let me know they did not deliver. According to delivery policy they are supposed to leave it with a neighbor. They did not. I asked if they could deliver on Sat they stated it would be another $12.00. Delivery policy says nothing about that. They were closed on Sunday and Monday. On the 31 I called the store. VERY RUDE manager told me he will not give me my money back and hung up on me.
I called corporate and they took the complaint and said the owner would call me within 72 hours. That did not happen. The note left on the door did not state a time item had to be picked up. My son worked Fri late, Sat more hours than the store was opened. Hours of this store are not customer friendly. I believe since company policy was not followed I deserve my $73.56 back. I paid $12.00 for delivery and this store did not deliver.
