I bought a bedroom suite from Rooms To Go back in March, it gets delivered whith the wrong headboard. One month later they come to deliver the right headboard and I could not make the 4 hour time frame (That was my fault). One more month after that Rooms To Go deliver the right headboard but all scratched up. I sent it back with the driver of the award winning delivery service. Another month later they bring the right headboard but no hardware (bolts & screws) to put it together. Then they UPS me the hardware and resceduled me once again. I called Rooms to Go Customer Service and tell them there is to pieces to the headboard (Top & Bottom). I only got the top piece. When you send your technician out next month send him with this piece. Guees what? He shows up empty handed.
I complained a couple of times. I wanted to just return everything. Rooms To Go said they dont have a return policy and gave me a whole $50 credit. I dont want the credit. I dont want to ever purchase anything from Rooms To Go ever again. Its now Sept. I have to wait yet another month for them to come out again. Hopefully with the right stuff. I dont know what to do. I have been treated badly before by companies but never like this. Rooms To Go Really dont care!
