I want to post advice so no one else loses money from this company. I sent back an order a month ago, stuff that did not fit right from Jafrum. Here it is 1 month later and they are claiming they never got my package that cost me $34 dollars to send back Priority Mail. They owe me $150 for 2 items. Anyhow, they tell you to get insurance. What you need to get is delivery confirmation where its documented they signed for your return. They will say they never got your package. I wish I would have looked into their scams before I ordered from them. You call and they dont answer and you are on hold all day. This was a nightmare. We are out money and have no merchandise. I will be contacting the BBB and Consumer Affairs.
