We order some Solar Christmas Lights on Dec 7th if we use the free shipping we will not receive the order intil Jan 2nd. They ask us if we want the Express Mail that is $7.95 for 4 day delivery which should be here on Dec 13th. We a Confirmation on the Dec. 11th that order has been sent on Dec. 10th. So we waited on the Dec 13th no package. So we call them back and a women said you got to count from the day it was sent. So we waited again and Still no package. So we called the Post Office and Said they cant do nothing with a Delivery Confirmation # which this company does not have. So will Called them again and said we is our package you charge us $7.95 for Express Delivery Service - Only $7.95 Guaranteed Delivery in 3-4 Business Days and $1.25 Guaranteed replacement of loss/damaged merchandise. We want our order. They said that they can send another one and will be here Dec 20th but there will be more activities on your card. So we just said forget and refund us our money and they has except for $1.25 which is as I said before Guaranteed replacement of loss/damage merchandise. I will let you know with an update if and we ever we receive the package.
