I placed an order on the 9th of the month (April). Received email on the 10th of the month saying my order was shipped with estimated delivery date on the 16th of the month and they gave me a tracking number. So far so good. On the 16th of the month, with no delivery yet, I went to the tracking site (FedEx ground) and saw that the order had not yet even been picked up. Jafrum had entered the tracking number on the 10th but did not give FedEx a package to ship. Sent an email to Jafrum via their website and requested they cancel the order as it would now be too late (it was to be a gift). Received form mail on the 17th of the month offering an apology but no cancellation. Later on the 17th of the month, the tracking number showed the package had been picked up with an estimated delivery date of the 23rd. Package arrived on the 20th but it contained the wrong item! I sent it back for a refund.in summary, I get to pay for shipping both ways for a late delivery of the wrong item. Choose another Vendor. Received email on May 2 promising full refund by the 11th of the month. May 14. Rec d phone call from Candace at Jafrum. 1704444313 0914am pst. Candace apologized. Wanted me to not file a complaint with google checkout and said if I agreed to not file complaint with google checkout, she would put my refund request at the top of the list. I pointed out she already told me the refund would be processed by the 11th of the month and this was the 14th. She acknowledged that and stated they have a lot of refunds to process. They have so many refunds pending that they cannot process refunds they have within the time-frame of their stated and written policies. A cursory seach of online reviews show many similar scenarios. Stay away!
