They company unauthorized a charge for $99.49 which cause my checking account to be overdrawn and was charge $35.00 for the bank. I did not authorized this charge and call the company to get a refund. They told me to go online and get a form and fill it out and fax it with a copy of my bank statement. I went online and guess what no forms exist. HELP!!! Has anyone ever gotten a refund from them?
