I was online looking at my checking bank account and noticed a charge of $99.49 for a company called PMC. My bank had a photo copy of the withdrawal approval for that amount. I contacted PMC to verify this and they told me that I had applied via my cell phone on 5/31. I did not even open my checking account until 6/1 so, how could I authorize something that didn't even exist?
