When I went online and looked at my bank statement it said that I had an overdraft fee for insufficient funds on my account. Premier Membership Club had tried to charge me 99.95. I had no money in the bank at this time, so The monetary damages aren't as high as some other peoples. If I had had the money in my account I would have been more upset. When I called the bank they told me to fill out a HCH1 form which tells the bank the charges were not authorized. I hope this will resolve the issue, but, I will be closing my account after everything is settled, that way I no longer will have to worry about this kind of fraudulent activity again.
