I was online applying for a loan and came upon this company premier cards. I never ever authorized any type, shape or form of a membership let alone fees of $99.49. If i have i would have ""immediately"" cancelled. Well, this compay charged nme this fee and now this is what they want me to do to get a refund.
1. Send copy of bank statement that shows charge
2. Fill out and fax copy of some sort of refund form.
Then "they" will see if i qualify for a refund!!! This is a definite scam of some sort.
What do i do now??
