I placed an expedited order at 11 am on Jun 4th for a refrigerator start device. On the website it said that I will receive it the next day, but they didn't process it until the next day which means I will get it in three days. It's not acceptable that I can't cancel the order once I placed it even though they didn't do a good job to meet what they said.
