I never met with anyone, signed a contract, paid a deposit, or received a copy of the limo contract. I upheld my legal responsibility by notifying the staff at 8 am on Monday, May 21 that I needed and was requesting official cancellation of the limo contract, however, the staff dropped the ball and never cancelled the contract. When I phoned to request cancellation, the staff offered to reduce the time to 4 hours. Again I requested cancellation. After this second conversation the staff was most and totally disrespectful and unprofessional to myself, my daughter, and her new husband.

On the website it states that "50 % NON-REFUNDABLE RETAINER IS REQUIRED TO SECURE RESERVATIONS." We never authorized or paid any deposit and by their own rules, no limo should have ever been reserved because NO deposit monies were ever paid. Their own advertised and published rules prohibit enforcement of this contract and all fees charged to us. We would appreciate immediate investigation into this matter and full refund of all monies paid.
