Read your contract. Paid $1800 for a prom limo. Service was an hour and a half late and then instead of refunding the time they wanted to add on to the end suggesting teenagers stay out till 3:30 in the morning. Worst customer service ever. When driver arrives he is suggesting that tolls were $25.00 with actual being 12.00 and then suggesting he doesn't get tip. I had to pull out contract and show him $300 gratuity charge.
I actually believe the driver after dealing with them. Have used several limo services but went with Bergen Limo because they had a white stretch Hummer. Pick up time was 4:00 and they called at 3:30 asking me to choose another limo, but not a hummer available. Then showed up 1.5 hrs late. We would have been happy customers had they just done the right thing. Never never again
