I ordered 4000 mins for $20 during their promo in oct. I was using it for 3-4 months but not without trouble most of the time. Half of the days, the calls never went through. I had complained many times via email (phone was never answered by their customer care). Last month suddenly the calls have stopped permanently with the error of invalid pin. No response by their customer service at all. I still have about 2500 mins left in my account.
