I purchased Penny wise india for three $5 cards & 20$ India Half Penny for 2000 mins in October. I used 1 and half of the 3 Penny wise india cards. None of cards and PINS work. It works once in a while, probably 2 times in a month. When I try to access the local number, the pin but it doesnt work. I have been charged for a two $5 and one $20.00 cards. I tried to call to the customer care and I will kept on hold, it always says that there representatives are busy all day and all night. I have sent an email
regarding the same issue but there was no reply from the customer care thrice, no reply. I have been trying to contact the customer care to solve the issue but till now i didnt get any solution for this. Somebody should take action on this company, if at all it exists. Then I finally decided to approach consumer forum to
help me with this issue. Thank you
