My name is Annath Reddy and I am a customer of reliablecom. I use to buy the calling cards from the site reliablecom.com and they provide a pin number charging $20.00 for 2000 minutes. But by the time I use 1000-1200 minutes there will be no minutes left on that pin number. I spoke to the customer care about the same thing but there is no response. Recently I have got a call from them on 11/01 with a person asking me that they had a special offer valid only on that day giving 4000 minutes @$20.00. I said yes and then they have placed an order from my account. And now when I was trying to access the pin it doesnt work. I have been charged for $20.00 and I never got a confirmation call for that. I tried to call to the customer care and they keep me on hold saying that there representatives are busy all day and all night. I have sent an email regarding the same issue but there was no reply from the customer care. What a cheap way to make money. Then I finally decided to approach consumer forum to help me with this issue. Thank you.
