I am a customer of reliablecom. I took the special offer of 4000 mins @ $20.00 on 10/30. And now when I was trying to access the local number, the pin but it doesnt work. I have been charged for $20.00. I tried to call to the customer care and they keep me on hold saying that there representatives are busy all day and all night. I have sent an email regarding the same issue but there was no reply from the customer care. I have been trying to contact the customer care to solve the issue but till now i didnt get any solution for this. What a cheap way to make money. Then I finally decided to approach consumer forum to help me with this issue. Thank you.
