I used reliablecom service for about 6 months in it was working fine with frequent dropped calls. Based on my previous experience, reliablecom seems to be the cheapest long distance call provider. But when i purchase their calling card ($40) in Oct/Nov I noticed very poor calling coverage to india, it was really inconvenient to make a call (always ends up drop call/no connection to the toll free/local access number). I tried contacting the customer service couple of time with no response. I also sent multiple emails to them with no response. Later, I found out that they are no longer in business. Looks like my hard earned $40 is gone.
