I purchased Penny wise india for three $10 cards on 28 April. When I check the status it say as follows "Order under review, we will e-mail Pin (s) shortly.;Order under review, we will e-mail Pin (s) shortly.;Order under review, we will e-mail Pin (s) shortly.".
Till now, I havn't recived any pins. I tried to call to the customer care and I will kept on hold, it always says that there representatives are busy all day and all night. I have sent an email regarding the same issue but there was no reply from the customer care but there is no reply. Thrice, no reply. Then, I finally decided to approach consumer forum to
help me with this issue. Thank you
